This walk takes you on a tour of Bénodet: from the Anse de Penfoul, it follows along the coast up to the Mer Blanche. It’s a change to explore the varied coastline with its mudflat, boat cemetery, ports, the mouth of the River Odet, the beaches and Letty lagoon. The walk returns via the cove of the little mill and cuts through narrow streets and pathways, bringing you back to your starting point.

1 Départ

D Sur le parking public au bout de la rue Duguay-Trouin, prendre en direction du petit chemin. A l’intersection plus bas prendre à gauche et longer l’Anse de Penfoul. Continuer sur la corniche jusqu’à la plage du Trez. Une variante du circuit est proposée pour accéder au centre de Bénodet : sur le rond-point au croisement de l’Avenue de la Mer et de l’avenue Bouilloux Lafont )

2 Etape 1

Tourner à gauche, juste après le casino, sur la rue des peupliers puis continuer sur le chemin de Kersalé. Continuer tout droit sur le chemin, puis tourner à gauche sur Avenue de Kersalé.

3 Etape 2

Au rond-point de la Mer, prendre à droite sur l’Avenue de la Mer. Continuer tout droit sur l’avenue de la Mer (D34), puis dépasser le premier rond-point. Continuer tout droit et juste après le second rond-point, emprunter le chemin sur la gauche de la route de Quimper le long de l’Anse de Penfoul. Après quelques pas vous retrouverez, sur votre gauche le petit chemin vers le point de départ.
